THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing part.. o£'.a parcel of land located on Outer Broadway (Tax
Map No, R-11, Part of Parcel No. 20) from Resource Protection Zone
to Comm rcial 3 Zone. Said parcel containing approximately one acre
and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

Action for a coning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Beard. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least SO days prior to such public
heaiing)i for all changes to -the coning ordinance of -the City of Bangor.- Me re-
endation of the Planning Beard is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.

meeting of September 21, 1981 held a public hearing onthe above

At the request of the applicant the Board voted to continue the
public hearing until its regular meeting on October 5, 1981.

Please be advised that the Planning Board opened the public
hearing on the above request at its meeting of September 21, 1981
and continued the public hearing to its meeting of October 5,. 1981.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan, the Board voted four
n favor andone opposed to recommend denial of the above zone change
request.
