THAT she zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located on Target Industrial Circle
(Tax Map No. A-18, Parcel No. 31) from Commercial 3 Zone to industrial
2 Zone. Said parcel containing approximately 63,113 square feet and
being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made
a part hereof,

Action for a zoning change %111 be initiated with the Banger City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statute$ require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
bearing), for all changes to the seeing ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Plemdng Board is then returnee to the Motor City Council for
final action.

Council Ordinance No. 81-230
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on Augnst 3, 1981 held a public hearing on the
above requested zone change.
After careful consideration ofthe nature of the area and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan, the Board voted five
n favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above zone
change request.
