WHEftWt the Seeger City Council, in its capacity as the Municipal Officers
of the City of Burger, held a public hearing pursuant to 17 M.R.S.A. 88 2851 et
seq to determine whether or not the building or structure located at 132 Ohio
Street, Bangor, Maim, on a let described in a dedd recorded in Vblume 3143,
Page 330, Penobscot Registry of Deaths, and owned by Robert D. Moleon constitutes
e dangerous building within the meaning of said statute; and
WHERICkS, based upon the evidence presented at said public hearing, the
Bangor City Council finds that the building or structure in question is
structurally unsafe, unstable; a five hazard; unsuitable or improper for
the -v use or occupancy as a residence( a hazard to health or safety because of
inedegoate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence or abandonment, and dangerous
to the life and property of the inhabitants of the City of Bangor; and
WlD3REh5, the Berger City Council hegeby adjudges said buildirj or structure
to be a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 17 M.ft.S.A. 9 2851 at seq.,
NOW, THEHr3'OPB, By the City Council of the City of Bator:
ORDERED, THAT said bui}ding or structure shall be disposed of as follow:
(1) Said bui3.'ding or structure shall be demolished by the
owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of
passage of this Order, said demolition to be performed _
in conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the
,City oI Seeger; aM
"(2) In the event said building or structure is not
demolished within thirty (30) days as provided above,
�1 the Cityls String & Code Enforcement Administration
Officer may cause said building or structure to be
demolished, all expenses incurred thereby to be paid
by the owncr(s) or answered against the property in
accordance with 17 M.R.S.A. 0 2853; and
