CITY OF BANGOR, MAINE Engineering Department April 29, 1981 To the Municipal Officers Reference is made to City Council Order No. 81-10 passed November 12, 19801 directing the City Engineer to determine the coat of extending the sanitary sewer on Hogan Road an an easterly direction to Mount Hope Avenue.
