THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974,as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 389 Center Street (Tax Map No.
37, Parcel No. 182) from Residential 4 Zone to Residential 5 Zone. Said
parcel containing approximately 14,600 sq. £t. and being more particularly
indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.

RETURN FORM AND DUPLICATE TO PIANNING DIVISION, CITY HALL, RANCOR, MAINE
Action for a soning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (et least SO days prior to such public
hearing), for all chargee to the racing ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
o®endation of the Plaming Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on February 17, 1981, held a public hearing on
the above request.
After careful consideration of the residential nature of the
area and the potential negative impact of high intensity R-5 uses
on the neighborhood; the Board voted four in favor and none opposed
to recommend denial of the above zone change request.
