THAT -the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Mapof
the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 699 Broadway (Tax Map R-41,
Parcel No. 26)from Commercial 2 Zone to Commercial -3 Zone. Said
parcel containing approximately 56,000 sq. ft. and being more
particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The applicant has made application for a contract zone change under
the provisions contained in Article 21, Section 11 of the City of
Bangor Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes the following
conditions:
"Pursuant to this ordinance a amended the. applicant proposes
that the premises will be used only for those purposes for
which they are now used, to wit- automotive sales and service,
and that there will be no :extension of the existing_ lawful non-
conforming uses."

referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public IlearinC before the
Plannim board, after n public advertising (at lenst 10 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the wring ordinance of the. city of Deeper, The ne-
cowsendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Commil for
final action.

submitted inaccordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII,
Axticle 21, Sec. 11, Contract Zoning.
Pursuant to this ordinance as amended the applicant proposes
that the premises will be used only for those purposes for which
they are now used, to wit - automotive sales and service, and that
there will be no extension of the existing lawful non -conforming
uses.
