Said parcel containing approximately 14.5 acres and being .more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made part hereof. Statutes require a Public Bearing before the Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 30 days prior to such public hearing), for all changes to the coning ordinance of the City of Bangor. After careful consideration of. the nature of the area, and its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five n favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above zone change request. NOTE: At the time this applicationwas filed the application indicated that the parcel to be changed had a total, area of 14.5 acres when in fact the. actual size of the requested zone change was approximately six acres Attached you will find an amended Council.Ordinance 82-227 to correctthis error.
