Upon the application of BANGOR HYDRO-BLBCfRIC CRffAN' dated June 22 , 198Z
requesting peradission to locate certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon along,
and across
certain public ways Ue gJU of Bangor, County of Penobscot ,
State of Mainall as set forth in its application, newspaper publication having been
made by applicant i ection with said application. Permission is hereby given to said
Bangor Hydro-ElectriccCompany to locate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities
hereinafter described upon, along, O and a while blic ways situate in said
municipality as hereinafter set forth. ]hie permit is granted subject to the provisions
that any person, if= or corporation owning property within the subject municipality, which
abuts the applicable way may Elle objections with the City Clerk City of Bangor
Maine, within ninety (90) days after the installation of the facilities described in said
application said written objection to [ate the cause of objection and to be served upon
said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company in hand or by registered or certified mail

DESCRIPTION
The facilities shall consist of a line composed of wood poles and supporta therefor,
crossarms,

wires and/or cables, together with associated appurtenances. the minimum
clearancea
of the w and/or cables, other than Bay wire shall be at least eighteen (18)
feet over the public way. The poles shall be set within the limita of the public way, but
outside the part thereof customarily used for travel by vehicles. The initial operation
of the facilities will be a nn/roe m volts .,elo .phase. The voltage maybe
