ORDERED,
TEAT the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf
of the City of Bangor, to execute a QuitclaimDeed, a true copy of which is
on file in the office of the City Clerk, to Daniel C. Biopsy, of Bangor,
releasing any and all rights the City May have to prohibit the erection of
buildings on his property. An existing s ment will be retained.
Statement of Pact: The purpose of this deed is to eliminate a possible
right expressed in a deed from Pentecostal Assembly of Bangor to Daniel C.
Kinney, Vol. 543, Page 91, Penobscot Registry of Deeds, in the City of
Bangor to prohibit the erection of any buildings on a portion of Mr. Afnneyts
lot on Court Street.

QUITCLAIM DEED WITHOUT COVENANT
THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate
located at Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration
Paid, releases to DANIEL C. SLURRY of Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine, the following described real estate, to wit:
A certain lot or parcel of land, together with the
buildings thereon, situate in Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State Of Maine, being bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
Formerly known as the John Sowell homestead subject
to the reservations and restrictions hereinafter
mentioned, said premises being situate on Court
Street in said Bangor, and description compiled from
Plans and Surveys formerly in possession of P. H.
Coombs, C.E., of Bangor, being bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
Beginning on the southwest line of Court Street, at
the line between land now or formerly known as the
John Lowell lot and land now or formerly known as
the N. S. Drummond lot; thence southwesterly on
said line, one hundred and seventy-eight (178) feet,
more or less, to the southwest line of said Lowell
lot; thencesoutheasterly on said southwest line one
hundred ten and one-half (110 1/2) feet, more or less,
to the southeast line of said Lowell lot; thence
northeasterly on said .line to said Court Street;
-thence northwesterly on said Court Street line,
ninety-nine (99) feet, more or less, to the .place
of beginning.
Excepting and reserving to the grantor, an easement
for the purpose of a sewer or drain, as described in
a deed of John Lowell and Samuel H. Blake to Thomas U.
Coe, recorded in Vol. 543, Page 91.
The purpose of this .deed is to release unto the grantee
all other rights of the grantor in and to the above
described premises.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF BANGOR,
have caused this instrument to be signed in its corporate name
and sealed with its corporate seal by - I ,
