THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September 23,_1974, as amended, be hereby
�urther amended as follows:
By changing parcels of -land located at 395-401 Broadway and 498 Essex
Street (Tax Map No. 45, Parcel Nos., 11 and 9-E; Tax Map No. 46, Parcel
Nos. 32, 33, 34, andpartof. Parcel No. 31) from Residential 4 Zone
and Residential 1 Zone to Civic and Institutional Zone. Said parcels
containing approximately 10.4 acres and being more particularly
indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduledmeetingon June 7, 1982, held a public hearing on the
above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five
in favor and none opposed to recommend denial of the above zone
change request.
