ORDERED,
THAT the attached Quit -Claim Deed from the Woodlawn Development
Corporation covering the right -o£ -ways of Glencove Avenue extending
between Hempstead Avenue and Saratoga Avenue, and Saratoga Avenue
northeast from Brentwood Avenue be and hereby is accepted, and be
it further
ORDERED,
THAT the City Engineer, acting for and on behalf of the Municipal
Officers according to law, be and hereby is ordered to lay out by
metes and bounds and establish a grade for Saratoga Avenue extending
northeast from Brentwood Avenue, and Glencove Avenue extending from
Hempstead Avenue to Saratoga Avenue, said laying out to conform to
the descriptions in the attached Deed, and be it further
ORDERED,
THAT the City Engineer proceed to give notice of the intent of
the Municipal Officers according to law by posting such notices for
seven (9) days in two (2) public places in the City of Bangor in the
vicinity of the proposed right-of-ways, and be it further
ORDERED,
THAT the City Engineer shall make a written return of said
proceedings containing the bounds and admessurements of said right-
of-ways and the damages allowed to any person or persons as a result
of said laying out, all in accordance with the laws of the State of
Maine.

try of Deeds in Vol. 2736, Page 101, and the northerly terminus of
said easterly right -o£ -way line being four hundred twenty-five and
fifty-three one hundredths (425,.53) feet north from the intersection
of said easterly right -o£ -way Iine with the northerly right-of-way
line of Hempstead Avenue, asmeasured along said easterly line of
