THAT the attached Release Deed to the City of Bangor from
the Woodlawn Development Corporation for a twenty (20) foot wide
right-of-way extending between Saratoga Avenue and Glencove Avenue
be and hereby is accepted. -
STATEMENT OF FACT
The subject right-of-way is to permit the City to have
access to maintain an existing twelve (12) inch storm sewer
which was constructed as part of Saratoga Avenue and Glencove
Avenue.

Know All Menb these Presents, That
WOODLAWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIO a Maine corporation, with a place
of business at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine,
in considembon of one dollar and other valuable considerations,
paid by CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation situated in Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, releme. sell and forever quit -claim
untouse said CITY OF BANGOR, its successors

A twenty (20) foot wide right-of-way, for the City or its agents
to permit access to maintain, reconstruct or replace an existing
storm sewer system and appurtenant structures, the centerline of
said easement described as follows: Beginning on the southerly
right-of-way line of Saratoga Avenue on the line between Lots No.
116 and 117 as shown on a Plan entitled 'Woodlawn Development,
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine", prepared by Andrew J. Shyka, L.S.
dated January 1, 1975, recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Map File 415; thence South 14" 44' 44" East along said property
line for a distance of one hundred twenty-five (125.00) feet to the
southerly line of said Lots, being at a point on the northerly line
of Lot No. 110; thence North 751 15' 16" East along the northerly
line of Lot No. 110 for a distance of seventy-five and seven one
hundredths (75.07) feet to the northeasterly corner of said Lot,
also being the northwesterly corner of Lot No. 111; thence South
140 44' 44" East along the dividing line between Lots 110 and 111
for a distance'of one hundred twenty-five (125.00) feet to the north-
erly right-of-way line of-Glencove Avenue.
The above described right-of-way is laid out to a width of
twenty (20) feet, measuring ten (10) feet o either side of and at
right angles to the above described centerline.
Being a portion of the same premises conveyed to Woodlawn
Development Corporation by deed of Arthur J. French dated September 24,
1947, recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Vol. 1263, Page 402.
To Have and to Hold the above released premises, with all the privileged and appartenenees there-
of, to the Said CITY OF BANGOR, its successors
