Title, Order
Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed - Real Estate Located at 408 Essex Street
Sewer and stormwater liens had matured on the property owned by Richard Fish and Sherri Fish and
located at 408 Essex Street. In 2018, the outstanding charges due to the City were paid, and the
City issued a municipal quitclaim deed to Richard and Sherri Fish. However, Mr. and Mrs. Fish never
recorded the quitclaim deed. Accordingly, there remains a cloud on the title to 408 Essex Street. To
remedy that cloud, a municipal release deed must be issued and recorded. There are no outstanding
charges due to the City.
