In 2018, the outstanding charges due to the City were paid, and the City issued a municipal quitclaim deed to Richard and Sherri Fish. However, Mr. and Mrs. Fish never recorded the quitclaim deed. Accordingly, there remains a cloud on the title to 408 Essex Street. To remedy that cloud, a municipal release deed must be issued and recorded. There are no outstanding charges due to the City.
