DESCRIPTION:
The facilities shall consist of aline composed of wood poles and supporta therefor,
wires and/or cables, together with associated appurtenances. The minimum
clearance of the wires and/or cables, other than guy wires, shall be at least eighteen (18)
feet over
r the public way. The pulse shall be set within the limits of the public way, but
