Bids/Purchasing a. Tree Pruning and Removal Services – Public Services – MFS Inc - $145/hr Motion made and seconded to approve contract, motion passed unanimously. b. Portable Radios – Police Department – Radio Communications Management Inc - $51,604 Motion made and seconded to approve purchase, motion passed unanimously. c. Utility Vehicle – Parks & Rec – Hammond Tractor - $15,749 Motion made and seconded to approve purchase, motion passed unanimously. d. Skate Park Design & Installation – Parks & Rec – American Ramp Company Motion made and seconded to recommend contract award to City Council, motion passed unanimously. e. Request to Waive Bid Process – Phone System and Carrier RFPs – City Wide – NetWorks - $15,000 Motion made and seconded to approve contract, motion passed unanimously. f. Request to Waive Bid Process – Cleaning of Interceptor – WWTP – Ted Berry - $67,436 Motion made and seconded to approve contract, motion passed unanimously. 2. Presentation of FY 2019 Independent Audit by Runyon, Kersteen Ouellette Representative from RKO reviewed the results of the FY 2019 audit and addressed Councilor questions. The presentation as well as all reports are available on the City’s website. 3. Request to Write off Property Taxes – 3 M Street Motion made and seconded to write off the property taxes, motion passed unanimously. rd Staff discussed the need for a Special Finance Committee meeting on March 3, to approve the details of the City’s Bond Issues. As well as updated the Committee about the execution of a contract with Dysart’s for diesel fuel for FY 2021. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm
