Motion made and seconded to approve consent agenda items, motion passed unanimously.
2. Bids/Purchasing

Motion made and seconded to piggyback on state contract, motion approved
unanimously.
b. Request to Waive Bid Process – Airport – Hangar Door – Hi-Fold Door - $20,392
Motion made and seconded to approve purchase, motion passed unanimously.
c. Request to Waive Bid Process – Fire - Rescue Truck Purchase – Sugarloaf Rescue
Vehicles - $187,911
Motion made and seconded to recommend purchase to City Council, motion passed
unanimously.
d. Artic Brook Fluvial Geomorphology Professional Services – Stormwater - CES Inc. -
$24,000
Motion made and seconded to approve contract, motion passed unanimously.
e. Capehart Brook Fluvial Geomorphology Professional Services – Stormwater – Dubois
& King - $29,640
Motion made and seconded to approve contract, motion passed unanimously.
Staff discussed with Councilors present the past practice of fixing diesel fuel pricing in
advance of the budget. If an opportunity arises, the Finance Director and City Manager
would then seek ratification of said action from the City Council. Councilors present
were supportive of this approach.
