City Clerk,Lisa Goodwin, was presented with the Ethelyn Stuart Marthia
award given by the Maine Town& City Clerks'Association.
PUBLIC COMMENT Skip Black asked how the$6,000,000 figure for the city hall bond was
determined.He did not feel there was enough information for voters and
thought the city should consider constructing a new building for that amount.
Peggy Sheriff asked the City Council to consider changing the ordinance
requirements for yard sales from one every 60 days to twice a year.
