Statement of Fact: By virtue of council. Order 83-342, the City Council has provided for the creation of a loan program known a the Bangor Economic Incentive Revolving Loan Program. This program 28administered by the Loan Review Cowaittee consisting of 5 members, n£ whom are the City Manager and the Finance Director. The 3 remaining members a appointed by the City Council from the banking and business community. These members are appointed annually, and serve until their successors have been appointed.
