BY the City Quasi of the ail of Bangor:
ORDERED,
THAT the City Council proceed to the appointment of three
(3) members of the Loan Review Committee fon the Bangor Economic
Incentive Revolving loan program.
Statement of Fact: By virtue of council. Order 83-342, the City
Council has provided for the creation of a loan program known a
the Bangor Economic Incentive Revolving Loan Program. This program
28administered by the Loan Review Cowaittee consisting of 5 members,
n£ whom are the City Manager and the Finance Director. The 3
remaining
members a appointed by the City Council from the banking
and
business community. These members are appointed annually, and
serve until their successors have been appointed.
