HomeMy WebLinkAbout2019-08-26 19-320 Order 08/26/201919-320 08/26/2019 19-320 Legal Order Title, Order Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Supplemental Agreement No. 8 with the United States Coast Guard - Space on City's Waterfront Bulkhead This Order will authorize execution of a Supplemental agreement to renew a lease between the United States Coast Guard and the City for use of the City’s docks. The renewal is for one year, October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 with the option for ten annual one-year renewals through September 30, 2029. Since 2007 the City has leased space on the City docks for the use of the Coast Guard ice breakers during those times when the ice breakers are opening waterways in and around the Bangor area. The lease has been renewed annually. Consent 08/26/201919-320 CITY OF BANGOR ORDER 08/26/2019 19-320 Graham Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Supplemental Agreement No. 8 with the United States Coast Guard - Space on City's Waterfront Bulkhead Be it Ordered by the City Council of the City of Bangor that, the City Manager is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Supplemental Agreement No. 8, amending the lease by and between the City of Bangor and the United States Coast Guard dated October 1, 2007 for space on the City's waterfront bulkhead on the Penobscot River.
