Because the liens have matured, a municipal quitclaim deed is required to release the City’s interest in the property. Be it Ordered by the City Council of the City of Bangor that, Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have by virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 14545, Page 130, Book 14187, Page 70, Book 13907, Page 261, Book 13562, Page 4. Said Deed shall be directed to Birch Hill MHP LP, successor in interest to Alexander J.
