Authorizing Execution of a Contract with Bangor Abatement Inc., in the Amount of $399,000 to Rehabilitate
City Hall Windows
On May 8, 2019, the City received three (3) bids ranging from $399,000 - $769,256 to rehabilitate
the windows at City Hall. This project will involve the removal and rehabilitation of all windows in
City Hall as well as the installation of exterior storm windows.
Staff recommendation is to award the contract to Bangor Abatement Inc, the low bidder, in the
amount of $399,000.
This recommendation will be reviewed by the Finance Committee prior to this evening's City Council
meeting.
