After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and its proposed use in the. Comprehensive Plan, the. Hoardvoted five in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above request. W NOTE: There was a small area of Residential 1 zoning that the applicant was unaware of at the time the application was filed. Attached you will find an amended Connell Ordinance 82-213 and an amended map to include the mentioned Residential 1 zoning.
