THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be hereby
€arther amended as follows:
By changing parcels oflandlocated on: Haskell Road and the corner
of Hogan Road and Mt. Hope Avenue from Agricultural Zone to Commercial
3 Zone (Tax Map No. R-70, Parcel No. 1A and Tax Map No. R-71, Parcel
No. 1-H). Said parcels containing approximately 16 acres and being
more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on June 6, 1983, held a public hearing on the
above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and its
proposed use in the. Comprehensive Plan, the. Hoardvoted five in favor
and none opposed to recommend approval of the above request.

NOTE: There was a small area of Residential 1 zoning that the
applicant was unaware of at the time the application was
filed. Attached you will find an amended Connell Ordinance
82-213 and an amended map to include the mentioned Residential
1 zoning.

hearing�), for all changes to the acting ordinance of the City of Banger. Its re -
Commendation of the Planning Board is than returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.
