Ordinances of the City of Bangor be amended as follows:

Special Exceptions - R-5 Zone

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting of June 6, 1983 held a public hearing on the
above zoning amendment.
After careful consideration of the nature of the Residential
5 Zone and the intent of the business office and professional
office as special exceptions n the R-5 Zone., the _Board voted
n favor and one opposed to recommendapprovalof the above
zoning ordinance amendment.
