Frutt St. Introduced and filed by Councilmen ifs ._. -G , it I, CITY C..-.� 83-178 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to BEVERLY BATCHELDER GRAY, successor intitle to the Mary Teresa Hassett Heirs, of Bangor, in said County and State, all its right, title and interest in and to the following real estate situated at said Bangor, more particularly described as follows: A certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon standing: Beginning on the Westerly side line of Fruit Street, at a point Two Hundred Feet (2001) more or less, Northerly of the Westerly intersection of Garland Street and Fruit Street, so called, n the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine; thence running in a Westerly direction a distance of seventy-one Feet Six inches (71' 6") to a point, at all times following the Northerly dividing line of Lot 73 and Act 76 according to Gilman's Plan of Part of Settlers Lot Number 15, Park Hollands Survey of Bangor as laid out by J. Gilman in 1836, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 3, Page 31; thence at an angle deflecting to the left in a general southerly direction a distance of One Hundred Feet (100'), at all times following the dividing line of Lots 72 and 73 and Lots 68 and 69 according to said Gilman's Plan recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 3, Page 31; thence at an angle deflecting to the left in n Easterly direction a distance of Seventy-one Feet Six Inches (71. 61-) to the Westerly side line of Fruit Street, s called, at all times following the southerly dividing line of Lots 65 and 68 of said Gilman's Plan recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 3, Page 31; thence in a Northerly direction by and along the Westerly line of Fruit Street a distance of One Hundred Feet (100') to the point of beginning. Grantee's Address: 92 Fruit Street, Bangor, Maine 04401 The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax years 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965,' 1966, 1967, 1968, and 1969. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN G. FIELD, its Deputy Finance Director thereunto duly authorized, this day of May, A.D. 1983.
