All off-street parking areas shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Building Code of the City of Bangor, Chapter IX, Section 1. All off-street parking areas containing fifty or more spaces shall have such landscaping as may be approved by the Planning Board pursuant to site plan review .for purposes of reducing any adverse effects resulting fromdztensive areas of pavement. To addition, all off-street parking areas shall meet the fallowing requirements: (a) Minimum Design Standards (Surface Parking) 1. General Requirements - 90° Parking Minimum area pervehicles including parking and maneuvering. 250 square feet Minimum parking stall width - 9.0 feet Minimum parking stall length 18.0 feet Minimum travel aisle width -24.0 feet ii.
