AWING O4412 February 2, 1983 Mr. John Frawley City Engineer City Hall Bangor, Maine 04401. Re: Stillwater Professional Park Dear John: Attached, please find a preliminary site plan for the proposed Stillwater Professional Park. A short time ago we requested on behalf of the developer, a determination of cost for extension of the sewer to serve the area which has been completed by your office. We have also attached a very brief profile of the proposed road based upon our contour work in the area. Be are also proposing extension of the sewer onto the property within the proposed road right-of-way. We are planning to present the preliminary plan to the City Planning Board on February 7th. We request at this time a determination by the City as to what extent the City will participate in the construction costs of the proposed roadway and further extension of the sewer. Hopefully, the enclosed data is suffi- cient for your use. Stan Plisga provided us with the topo and contours for this site. Feel free to contact him if you have any questions concerning them.. Hopefully, the data is complete enough for your preliminary deter- mination. Very truly r James W. Parker enclosure JWP/cjm
