A I uthorizing Deputy Finance Director to, Execute
Municipal Quitclaim Deed - Property on Farm Road

ORDERED,
THAT Sohn G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed to execute acipal quitclaim deed,
a copy of which is an file in the office of the City Clerk,
releasing any interest the City may have to certain property
located on the Farm Road by virtue of a tax lien described
therein and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Volume 2864, Page 97. Said deed shall be directed to Downeast
Television, Inc.
Statement of Fact: The purpose of this Order is to authorize
the execution of a Municipal Quitclaim Deed to clear the record
of any interest of the City by virtue of a tax lien recorded
for the year 1977. Thetaxes in question have been paid.

THAT the CITY W BANGOR, a body corporate, locaced at Bangor in the County
of Penobscot and State of Wine, in consideration of one dollar And other valuable
considerations paid by DOWNEAST TELEVISION, INC., of Bangor, County
of Penobscot, State of Maine , the receipt whereof it does
hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise, release, bargain, sell and convey, and forever
quitclaim unto the said D0WNEAST TELEVISION, INC., its
successors and assigns forever. all its right, title and interest in and
to the following described real estate situated at Bangor in the County of Penobscot.
State of Wine, and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located on the North East side of
Farm Road, Bangor, Maine, and further described
n a deed recorded in Volume 2014, Page 254,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the saune premises acquired by said City
of Bangor (by John G. Field, Collector of
Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year
1977 by virtue of a tax lien recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2864,
Page 9].

The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor may have
in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax.year(s)
1977.
