Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed to execute acipal quitclaim deed, a copy of which is an file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to certain property located on the Farm Road by virtue of a tax lien described therein and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2864, Page 97. Said deed shall be directed to Downeast Television, Inc. Statement of Fact: The purpose of this Order is to authorize the execution of a Municipal Quitclaim Deed to clear the record of any interest of the City by virtue of a tax lien recorded for the year 1977.
