THAT, the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a, parcel of land located on Husson Avenue (Tax Map No.
R-41, Parcel No. 3B) from Residential 4 Zone to Residential 5 Zone.
Said parcel containing approximately 7.5 acres and being more parti-
cularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.

the Board voted five in favor and none opposed to table this
item and to continue the public hearing to its newt meeting.

Council Ordinance No. 84-372
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on November 5, 1984 held a public hearing on
the above request. The Board voted to cdncinue the hearing to
its regular meeting on November 19, 1984 to give the Applicant
opportunity to amend the Zoning Application.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, the
intent and purpose of the residential 5 zone, and the potential
type and scale development allowed in the residential 5 zone, the
Board voted five in favor and none opposed to recommend denial of
the above zone change request. (The Applicant indicated that he
would file an application for a contract zone change on this site
after the Board made its recommendation.)
