Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to certain property located on Highland Avenue by virtue of a tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2213, Page 774. Said deed shall be directed to Creighton W. and Geraldine R. Laliberte, successors in title to Lowell T. S GERALDINE R. LALIBFFfE, successors in title to Lowell T. Sberwocd, of Bangor, County of Fenobaot, State of Nein, all its right, title and interest in and to the following real estate situated at said Bangor, more particularly described as follows: Real estate located on the Southeast Bide of Highland Avenue, and further described in a deed recorded in Volare 2036, Pages 402 and 404, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Baton (by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) -for unpaidtaxesassessed for the year 1970 by virtue of a tax lien recorded in said -Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volare 2213, Page ]]4. Grantees' address: 30 Highland Avenue, Bangor Maine, 04401. The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the City may have in the alwve-described property by vinare of unpaid taxes assessal for the tax year 1970.
