Municipal Quitclaim Deed- Property on Highland Avenue

ORDERED,
TEAT :John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a
copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing
any interest the City may have to certain property located on
Highland Avenue by virtue of a tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume 2213, Page 774. Said deed shall be
directed to Creighton W. and Geraldine R. Laliberte, successors
in title to Lowell T. Sherwood.

MMICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANOJR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot,
State of Mine, for consideration paid, Ieleases to CREI2VTON W. S GERALDINE R.
LALIBFFfE, successors in title to Lowell T. Sberwocd, of Bangor, County of Fenobaot,
State of Nein, all its right, title and interest in and to the following real estate
situated at said Bangor, more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located on the Southeast Bide of
Highland Avenue, and further described in a deed
recorded in Volare 2036, Pages 402 and 404,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City
of Baton (by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes)
-for unpaidtaxesassessed for the year 1970 by
virtue of a tax lien recorded in said -Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volare 2213, Page ]]4.
Grantees' address: 30 Highland Avenue, Bangor
Maine, 04401.
The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the City may have in the
alwve-described property by vinare of unpaid taxes assessal for the tax year 1970.
The said CITY OF BANCDR bas caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate na!re by JOHN G. FIELD, its Deputy Finance
Director thereunto duly authorized, this day of Novatdxr, A.O. 1984.
