Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to certain property located on Fifteenth Street by virtue of tax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to Kenneth Y. Hodsdon and. Evelyn S. Hodsdon, successors in title to Ira McElwee. HDDSODM and EJELYN S. HDDSDPY, husband wife, as joint tenants, successors in title re Ira McElwee, all its right, title and interest in and to the following real estate situated at said Bangor, more particularly described as follows: A certain lot or Parcel of land situated in Bangor, County of Pegbscot, state of Mine, to wit: Beginning at the most norM rly corner of a parcel of lard conveyed by Ira C. McElwee to Walter P. McHale and Margaret L.
