estimated cost and recommended assessment for the extension Of
the sanitary sewer in a northeasterly direction on Husson Avenue
be and hereby is accepted; and be it further
CRDERED,
THAT the installaiion of the seiner begin as soon as possible;
and be it further
ORDERID;
THAT the sum of Five Thousand Dollars (55.000.00) be trans-
ferred from the Reserve for Future Construction - Sewer Fund to
cover the City's share Of the Sewer installation.

To the Municipal Officers:
Reference is made to City Council Order No. 84-298 passed
August 13, 1984 directing the City Engineer to do a coat study
for the extension of the sanitary sewer on Hasson Avenue to
serve the new Morningside apartment project. plans and Cost
Estimates have bean completed, which would provide for an
extension of the existing sanitary sewer for a distance of
422 feet in a northeasterly direction from the existing sewer.
The installation would consist of 8 inch pipe and two manholes.
The estimated cost of the sewer installation is $10,000.00.
Of this amount, fifty percent would be assessed against the
property benefitted, presently owned by Russon College, and
$5,000.00 would be paid by the City.
It is recommended that the. sewer extension be approved,
subject to the receipt of the estimated private share of the
construction coat.
Plans showing the proposed sewer extension are on file in
the Office of the City Engineer.
