The purpose of this Order is to authorize the execution of a renewal of a current Lease Agreement which expires on November 30, 1985. The Government may, by written notice to the Lessor, terminate the right of the lessor to proceed under this lease if it 1s found, after notice and hearing, by the Secretary of the Army or his duly authorized representative, that gratuities (in the form of entertainment, gifts, or otherwise) were offered r given by the lesser, or any agent o representative of the lessor, to any officer or employee of the Government with a vice toward securing a lease o securing favorable treatment with respect t0 the awarding o emending, or the making of any determinations with respect to the performing, of .such lease: provided, that the existence of facts upon which the Secretary of the Argy or his duly authorized representative makes such findings shall be in issue and may, be reviewed in any competent court. b. Facility 2575 - JP -4 Pipeline - 80950 LF ' One of one 12" pipe from junction that branches off -to Building 276, then down along light duty ramp and across parallel taxiway where pipe changes to 10 inches and off in a westerly direction continuing to Pumphouse 4, Bldg 526. - g. Facility 2576 - Hydrant Fueling Systen Facility consists of two lines from Pumphouee 4, branching off in separate directions to the apron where they change to dual lateral lines. each set of laterals feed fuel to six (6) double outlets. Distance is 817 feet from feed line to last pair of double outlets for a total of 3,268 linear feet of piping. h. Facility 20003 - Exterior Area Lighting - 3 Steel Towers Consist of three (3) eigbty foot steel 'towers on concrete bases. Towers by Playtime Equipment Corporation, installed on 20 November 1963. Towers are now used for camerae and lights as part of the new Security Surveillance System for the apron. Some of the original 1500 watt lights remain installed on the towers. i. Facility 44009 - Shoulders Paved - 9,722 BY 50 foot wide bituminous_ shoulders around north and west edge of Heavy Duty Apron. j. Facility 90012 - Land Easement, Right -of -Way - 11.04 Acres 10 acres for maintenance and rigbtrof-way for jet fuel pipelines to laterals on Heavy Duty Apron. 1.04 acre for underground cables to CCTV Security. Surveillance System around the apron, from Heavy Duty Apron to existing R -0-W from Building 487. k. Facility 90015 - Land Lease, State & Local - 23.0 Acres Consist of two areas, the larger is 16.5 acres of 'concrete apron pavement and the 6.5 acres consist of bituminous shoulders and grass - area bordering the apron on North and west edges.
