Sections 2851- 2859, NOW, THEREFORE, By the City Council of the City of Sangor; ORDERED, THAT said building or structure shall be disposed of as follows; (1) Said building or structure shall he demolisM1 H by the owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this order, said deviolition to be performed in confonaity, with the favus add ordinances of the City of Bangor; and 12) in the event said building or structure is not demolished within said thirty (30) days as provided above, the City's Director, Of Code Enforcement may cause said building or structure to be demolished, all expenses incurred thereby to be paid by the ownar(a) or assessed against the property in ccordanre with 17 M.R.S.A.
