As provided by law, (Maine Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 35) we propose to give public notice of this application by publication. A copy of this public notice will be forwarded to the City Clerk for City Records. If no written objection has been received within 14 days after publication, the Councilmen should date and issue the permit. When approved by a majority of the Board of Councilmen, please return the permit marked "Tel. Co. Copy, duly signed, dated, recorded in the City Records, and attested by the City Clerk.
