APPLICATION FOR STIL1TY LOCATION PERMIT
TO: COIMCILMEN CITY OF BANGOR
BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Maine corporation being duly authorized pursu-
not to the State of Maine to generate, sell, distribute and supply electricity in
City of Bangor County of Penobscot state
aforesaid, hereby applies for a permit to authorize it to locate, c ;eruct and
maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon, along, over. under and
across certain public ways situate in the municipality hereinbefore referred to, a
copy of this application being filed with the Department of Transportation and with
the Clerk of City of Banco (no public notice of this application to be
made)
in accordance with the teems and conditions of Title 35, Section 2483, MA as
amended.
LOCATION: Beginning with utility pole #(i) on northeasterly side of Valley View Lane
40'+from intersection with Glen Wood Drive, thence running northerly 5'+ to bounds of
road right of way. Then from pole #(2) 190'+ from pole #jl) on rthwesterly side of
Valley View Lane; thence running 5'+ northerly to the bounds of road right of way. Then
from pole #(3) 184'+ from pole #(2) On orthwesterly site of Valley View Lane; thence
Turning 5'+ northerly to the bounds of the road right of way. Then beginning with
existing utility pole A(4) on the southwesterly aide of Glen Wood Drive 460'+ frw
Intersection with Valley View Lane; thence running southerly 2'+ to the bounds of the
Tight of way.
All cable/conduit will be buried at a depth of 3'+.
DESCRIPTION:
The facilities will consist of a line of wires and (or) cables, hereinafter
described, upon, along, over. across and under certain public ways situated in the
municipality hereinbefore referred to and the right to place and maintain underground
laterals, conduits, manholes, UnAhobes, cable and wires in, along, under and across
the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such
poles and buildingsas it may desire for distributing purposes together with associ-
ated
appurtenances. The wires and (Or) cables will be buried within the limits of
the public way, but outside the part thereof customarily used for travel by vehicles.
The initial operation of the facilities will be at 120/240 volts.

UTILITY LOCATION PERMIT
Upon the application of BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY dated Joe, 28
1984, requesting Permission to locate certain of its facilities hereinafter described
upon, along, over, under and across
certain public ways in City of Bangor
County of Penobscot , State of Maine. all as set forth in Its application, no
newspaper publication having been nada by applicant in connection with said
application. Permission Is hereby given to said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company to
locate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon,
along, over, under and across
certain public ways situate in said municipality as
hereinafter set forth. This Permit is granted subject to the provisions that any
person, firm or corporation owing property within the subject municipality which
abuts the applicable way may file objections with the City Clerk of Bangor
Maine, within ninety (90) days after the installation of the fuIlities described in
said application, said written objection to state the c of objection and to be
served upon said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company in hand av by registered or certified
mail.
