ORDERED,
THAT WHEREAS, Valley View Lane, a street in the Glenwood
Subdivision on Eenduskeag Avenue, has been constructed to accept-
able standards, and the final costs have been approved by the
City Council; and
wHETBAH, Neaduskeag Associates, the Developers of said
street, he" offered a Deed to the right-of-way of Valley View
Lane, a copy of which is attached hereto;

CRIZIED, THAT the City Treasurer be and hereby is authorized
to accept the Deed to said right-of-way; and be it further
ORDERED, THAT said street be accepted as a -public way, to
to named and known as Valley View Lane.

RELEASE DEED
Kenduskeag Associates, a Maine partnership, having.a place
of business in Brewer, Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration
paid, releases to the City of Bangor, a body corporate and politic,
located at Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, the following described
real estate together with the improvements thereon in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, described as follows:
A fifty foot wide right-of-way extending from the southeast-
erly end of Glenwood Drive to the northwesterly end
on a line approximately parallel with Kenduskeag Avenue,
more fully described as follows:
Beginning at apoint on -the -northwesterly line of the
southeasterly end of Glenwood Avenue, said point being
230.09 feet northeast from the northeasterly right-of-way
line of Kenduskeag Avenue, as measured along said north-
westerly line of Glenwood Drive; thence North 51" 06' 53•'
West for a distance Of 44.39 feet to a point, being
the point of curvature of a curve to the right having
• radius of 2,190.55 feet; thence along said Curve for
a distance of 434.31 feet to a point of tangency; thence
continuing along said tangent North 39° 45' 18" West
for a distance of 456.13 feet to the southeasterly right -of
way line of the northwesterly end of said Glenwood
Drive, and

thence South 511 06' 53" East along said tangent for
a distance of 60.50 feet to a point, being the intersection
of the northeasterly right-of-way of Valley View Lane
with the northwesterly rigbt-of-way line of Glenwood
Drive; thence South 560 44' 48" West along said -northwest-
erly right-of-way line of Glenwood Drive for a distance
Of 52.53 feet to the point of beginning.

by Andrew J. Shyka,RmL.S., entitled ••Glenwood ;in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine for Kenduskeag Associates, Brewer,'
Maine" dated July 22, 1976 and recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds.
Being a portion Of the premises conveyed to Kenduskeag
Associates by deed of Musson College, dated May 6, 1977
and recorded in Book 2746, Page 95. Fdr further reference
to the grantor•s source of title see the confirmatory
deed from Musson College dated December 13, 1977 and
recorded In Book 2825, Page 156.
