By[M City Cm{ 1 of VW Cita OfBeftme: ORDERED, THAT the City Managem is hereby,aatharized and directed, on. behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a lease agreement in a form approved by the City Solicitor and the Airport Committee, for lease of certain lands located at Bangor International Airport, as shown on a plan on file with the City Clerk, to the Bangor Hydro -Electric Company for purposes of expanded electrical services to facilities at the Airport. Statement of Fact: The purpose of this Order is to authorize a lease, subject to Airport Committee approval, of land for new electrical utility facilities to be located generally at the end of Illinois Avenue at Bangor International Airport.
