SS 2851 at seq., NOW, THEREFORE, By the City Council of the City of Bangor: ORDERED, THAT the City Clerk is hereby directed to schedule this matter for a public hearing before the Bangor City Council; and be it further ORDERED, THAT the City Clerk is hereby directed to take all necessary action required under 17 M.R.S.A. 54 2851 at seq. for purposes of giving notice to the public and all parties at interest of said public hearing.
