Relative to. Property. Located t 124 Birch Street,_Ba,ng Maine
WHEREAS, the building or structure located at 124 Birch Street,
Bangor, Maine, on a lot described in Volume 1155, Page 271, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds, and owned by Frank H. Hartley is vacant and in
poor condition; and _
WHEREAS, the Bangor City Council, inits capacity as,_tho Municipal
Officers of the City of Bangor, desiresto make,a determination of
whether or not said building or structureconstitutes a dangerous
building pursuant to Title 17 M.R.S.A. SS 2851 at seq.,
NOW, THEREFORE, By the City Council of the City of Bangor:
ORDERED, THAT the City Clerk is hereby directed to schedule
this matter for a public hearing before the Bangor City Council;
and be it further
ORDERED, THAT the City Clerk is hereby directed to take all
necessary action required under 17 M.R.S.A. 54 2851 at seq. for
purposes of giving notice to the public and all parties at interest
of said public hearing.
