MOLVED.
WHEREAS, the Bangor City Council desires to foster development
of parcels B-11, B-13 and B-15 with appropriate and desirable
projects by private investors; and -
WHEREAS, the Bangor City Council desires to show the
enthusiasm and good -faith to prospective developers in this
regard; and
WHEREAS, it may be necessary for the City of Ban or to develop
creative incentives to attract developers for such developmenq
and
WHEREAS, the City of Bangor has plaeed sale established ask'n
prices on said parcel which if waived -negdtiate cO�uITresult in
the necessary incentive to a developer to become involved with such
development as deemed proper by the City;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Bangor City Council that
in the event it is determined that an appropriate project is
proposed for parcels B-11 or B-13 or B-15 by a developer, and it
is necessary as an incentive for the development to waive neg ot'ate
the sale price of any of the said parcels, that the City councir
approves such incentive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT only projects which meet the
guidelines enacted by the City of Bangor and which are deemed
appropriate would benefit herein; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT the City Council intends hereby
to take a dynamic role in the developing of said parcels for the
best interests of the City of Bangor.

RESOLVED.
