TILLEY, successor in title to George E. Cameron Me y.C. Cameron of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine all its right, title and interest in and to the following real estate situated at said Bangor, more particularly described as follows: . Real estate located on the Northeast Side of Pier Street in said Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded in Volume 1811, Page 47, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field„Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for the years 1965, 1966 and 1967 by virtue of tax liens 'recorded i said Penobscot Registry Of Deeds in Volume.2050n Page 48; Volume 2100, Page 369; and Volume 2129, Page 639 respectively. The purpose of this deed is to replace a previous releasedeedgiven to George E. Cameron on January 13, 1969, said release deed being lost or destroyed and never recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Grantee(s) Address: 1474 Ohio Street, Bangor, Maine, 04401.
