ORDERED,
THAT the Council prooeed to appoint three (3) persons
to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors of the Bangor
Target Area Development Corporation for unexpired terms..
expiring on March 31;of "1985, 1986 and 1980 respectively.
Statement of Fact: Under the Charter and Bylaws of the
Bangor Target Area Development Corporation the City Council
appoints five (5) persons to serve as Directors of the
Corporation. The purpose of this Order is to fill the
expired terms of three (3) of those positions which have
become vacant.

the Target Industrial Speculative Building program,
Traditionally, the board makeup has included such
banks.)
1 Year Term
Kenneth Jordan, city councilor.
Ken has served as corporate counsel for the Target
Corporation and is acquainted with its background
and history. He can also serve as.a Council re-
presentative on the board.
