RESOLVED, THAT by the City Council of the City of Bangor,
municipal officers of the City of Bangor, that the City of Bangor
heartily supports all proposals submitted to the State of Maine
Legislature which would provide for the adoption of a Meals and
Lodging max to be returned to Maine municipalities for purposes
of providing property tax relief.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and City
Solicitor are hereby authorized to take all necessary action
for purposes of communicating this support to members of the
State Legislature.
