Sole Source Purchase – Safety Railings – WWTP – Thompson Fabrication - $14,600 Motion made and seconded to award purchase to Thompson Fabrication, the original equipment manufacturer, motion passed unanimously. c. Pay Scale and Benefit Study – Human Resources – Municipal Resources Inc Motion made and seconded to award contract to Municipal Resources, Inc, motion passed unanimously. d. Combination 90 kVA Bridge Mounted Ground Power Unit – Airport – Aviation Ground Equipment Corp - $87,390 Motion made and seconded to approve purchase, motion passed unanimously. e. Sole Source Purchase Jet Bridge Parts – Airport – ThyssenKrupp Airport Systems - $62,260 Motion made and seconded to award purchase to ThyssenKrupp Airport Systems, the original equipment manufacturer, motion passed unanimously. f. Request to Waive Bid Process WiFi – Airport – New England Communications - $15,401 Motion made and seconded to purchase item from the City’s current vendor, motion passed unanimously. 3. Resolve, Appropriating $298,371 in Federal Transit Administration Fund and $273,747 from the Bus Equipment Reserve to Partially Fund Acquisition of Community Connector Buses Motion made and seconded to recommend passage of the Resolve to the City Council, motion passed unanimously, 4. Order, Authorizing Transfer of $1,625,000 from Unassigned Fund Balance Motion made and seconded to recommend passage of the Order to the City Council, motion passed unanimously. 5. Resolve, Appropriating $1,000,000 from Unassigned Fund Balance to Fund Street Repairs Motion made and seconded to recommend passage of the Resolve to the City Council, motion passed unanimously.
