Section -.2 -- Re it ordained by the City Council of the qty ofBauym, w fottows: THAT Chapter VIII, Article 3, Section 2 - Definitions - Retail Auto Service be amended as follows: Retail Auto Service: A place where one or more of the 0n--Un—owig auemocava uses may be carried out: sales I and/or installation of motor vehicle parts and accessories (including, but not limited to:mufflers, tires, 'shock absorbers and batteries), auto glass replacement, car wash and rust proofing of motor vehicles. A retail auto service shall not include activities carried out in automobile repair shops r shall it include retail sale of auto arts from a remises w ere in noinsta at ion of auto parts or repairs and/ or service to motor. After careful consideration of the conditions under which retail auto service uses were allowed in the Zoning Ordinance, the Board voted five in favor and none opposed to recommend the amendment to this zoning definition to the City Council.
