Field, Deputy Finance Director, as hereby authorized and directed to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, copy of which i n file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to certain property located at 223 Buck Street by virtue of a tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Statement of Fact: The purpose of this Deed is to correct an error n the description of a prior Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing the City's interest in the subject property in 1974. Property o Buck e4 , Invoduced Hled Ey Co cilmen 84-60 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT the CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor in the County of Penobscot and State of Maine, in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations paid by of State of Maine, the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise, release, bargain, sell and convey, and forever quit -claim unto the said heirs and assigns forever, all its right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate situated at Bangor in the County of Penobscot, State of Maine, and more particularly described as follows: A certain parcel of land situate on Buck Street in said Bangor, being lots numbered sixty-one (61) and sixty-two (62) according to the plan of lots of Fair Ground Heights, formerly belonging to A.F. Hutchinson Land Co., Inc., said plan being made by E.W. Branch, surveyor, dated August 9, 1921 and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said lots being 30 feet wide and one hundred two and 60/100ths feet deep and each lot containing three thousand seventy-eight square feet more or less according to said plan No house or other buildings to be built on said lots to cost less than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) except that after such house or other buildings have been erected such outbuildings as may be suitable and appurtenant may later be constructed. Said Grantor does not hold himself liable for the enforcement of these restrictions. Being the same premises conveyed by Nellie A. Saunders to her son Clarence E. Nickerson by deed dated June 3, 1927 and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 1017, Page 159. Being the same premises acquired by the City of Bangor, a municipal corporation (by John G. Field, Tax Collector) for unpaid taxes assessed for the years 1969, 1970 and 1971 by virtue of tax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2185, Page 49; volume 2213, Page 8711 and volume 2273, Page 116 respectively. Grantee's address: 223 Buck Street, Bangor, Maine The purpose of this Deed is to convey any interest the Grantor may have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for the tax years 1969, 1970 and 1971. TO RAVE AND TO ROM the same, together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said heirs and assigns forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal and signed in its corporate name by JOHN G.
