One 1111 member is to be appointed Lutially for a Sime year term: one for four years, one for three years, one for two years: and one for one year; thereafter each new member shall serve for five years or until such time as a successor has been appointed. Associate members shall. initially be appointed for three and two yearsv respectively; thereafter each .shall serve a five year tens or whil a successor hes been appointed. Art. 1, Seetion 124,2v2 in published version is amended to read as follows: During the absence of a Pull member or due to a conflict of interest of a fuU member, the Chairperson or presiding officer sball designate a qualified substitute Prom among - the associate members, which masher shall bear testimony and vote in the place of the fall neabet. Sum alternate shall rest the some qualifications as required for regular members of the board and while sitting on the board shall have the full power and authority of the regular member. STATKKSHT OF FACT: City Coancil passed Council Ordinance 83-308 on September 26th, 1903. Regrettably that Ordinance cobtained an error; The Ordinance should have amended Chapter n NOT Chapter X1.
