sanitary sewer service in a southwesterly direction on Crosby
Street be and hereby is accepted; and be it further

To the Municipal Officers:
Reference is made to City Council Order No. 85-337 passed
September 23, 1985 directing the City Engineer to do a Cost Study
for the extension of the sanitary sewer in a southwesterly direction
on Crosbyy Street. The study was initiated by a petition from Maine
Masonry Company, Inc. who 'are interested in relocating their
business to a lot of hand owned by the Bangor Target Area Develop-
ment Corporation. Plans slid Cost Estimates have been completed,
which would indicate the followings
The proposed sewer would connect into an existing- 12 inch
City sewer at a point located approximately 320 feet southeast
from Crosby Street, and approximately 390 feet northeast from the
northeasterly line of the subdect vrocerv. on land owned by Webber

Since the sewer extension is necessary to serve the proposed
new development by Maine Masonry Company, lnc., it is recommended
