There is a second ordinance, Chapter VII, Article 12, which deals with the installation and use of Oil and solid fuel burning equipment. These additional provisions also make reference to the fee forinstalling such equipment. For clarification purposes and to eliminate a conflict between the two provisions, I suggest that Council Ordinance. 85-355 be amended by adding the following: "ORDBRBD,TBAT Chapter VII, Article 12, Section 2 be amended in the last sentence, as follows: 'The.£ee for such permitshall. be B5r$S establishedlundef Cha tQY VII /:hYtitis and the -pee shall cover the costo the inspection hereinafter required.'^ R.S.M. to cc: City Clerk�- Tom Small
