SWbJwv Council Ordinance 985-155 -
The above -indicated matter relates to a change in
fees charged for the installation of heating systems in buildings
within the City of Bangor. There is a second ordinance, Chapter
VII, Article 12, which deals with the installation and use of
Oil and solid fuel burning equipment. These additional provisions
also make reference to the fee forinstalling such equipment.
For clarification purposes and to eliminate a
conflict between the two provisions, I suggest that Council
Ordinance. 85-355 be amended by adding the following:
"ORDBRBD,TBAT Chapter VII, Article 12, Section 2 be amended in
the last sentence, as follows:
'The.£ee for such permitshall. be B5r$S
establishedlundef Cha tQY VII /:hYtitis
and the -pee shall cover the
costo the inspection hereinafter required.'^
