whianys, the City staff and City Council are Currently reviewing the City's
policies regarding municipal participation in Me cast of Streets aha assets
for subdivision development in the City of Bangor; and
WIBRFAs, thele is (1) pending subdivision projects in varying stages of
development, to wit: eine meadows subdivision; and - -
WEBSESS, the City council has determined it to be in Me general public
interest aM,in the interest of the inhabitants of the City of Bangor for
Me City to construct said streets and sewers and to participate, in part
in Me construction costs thereof; and
WHEREAS, Me City Council wishes to establish a suitors; assessment policy
for thesvent of the developers share of said construction testa for
each of saidsublivieions.
