THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended,be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located on the comer of Renduskeag
Avenue and Griffin Road (Tax Map No. R23, Parcel No. 18) from
Residential 1 Zone to Residential 3 Zone. Said parcel containing
'approximately 24,000 sq. ft. and being more particularly indicated
n the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Please be advised that the Planning. Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on September 3, 1985, held a public hearing
on the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area,
and its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted
five in favor and none opposed Co recommendapproval of the
above zone change request.
